Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

I am absolutely in love with Onelife Fitness - Skyline in Falls Church. From the very first day, the management's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The staff and instructors are exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to guide you through your fitness journey. A special thank you goes to Evan, the Membership Manager . I was so impressed by how fast things moved, there was practically no time gap between filling out my information and receiving a call back. It truly shows their strong commitment to serving the community, and I really loved it. The cleanliness of the entire facility, including the classes and equipment areas, is top-notch and maintained to the highest standards. Everything is well-organized, creating a positive and motivating environment to work out. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming gym. Marian m.

Thanks to my Explosive Performance Coach, Benjamin Snyder of OneLife Fitness Skyline in Baileys Crossroads, Virginia, I have rapidly improved my overall strength and fitness levels in the last three months. Ben holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in exercise-related fields, but that’s not the only reason he is such a good trainer. He has introduced me to at least two dozen new routines and machines, while also logging everything in MY phone while I work out. (That’s a helpful aspect, so I can replicate these drills later on my own.) We do organized sets of lifting, resistance and balance repetitions. Ben’s style is very even-keeled and professional, but he doesn’t mind getting involved with whatever’s really going on with his clients personally. I wasn’t purposely seeking a life skills coach, but he’s proven himself in that area too. Even though he is 33 and I am 65, I do heed his advice on matters of nutrition, sleep and overall self-awareness. If you want someone trustworthy and knowledgeable, Benjamin Snyder is a very strong choice. Also, the club as a whole (OneLife Fitness Skyline) has many amenities, a loyal and longstanding population of members, a great location an

I am so thankful for my Onelife membership! The variety of group exercise classes makes this a wonderful deal and an integral part of my fitness program. I’m working to reduce so I strength train in the morning before work and do cardio and or yoga/barre after work. I joined at one of their 1B tier locations so, I have a lot of locations to choose from for a wide variety of classes. The first class I took was Les Mill Bodypump at 6:15am with Catrina. She is a wonderful instructor, very thorough but also very attentive. I’ve since take more than a dozen different classes at 5 locations and I can honestly all of the instructors have been great! Also, I’ve only had good experience with the classmates as well. I highly recommend this gym. I doubt you can find a better deal in the region.

This location is super convenient and easy access from the freeway. Plenty of parking and the members were one of the best students I had taught. They are friendly and welcoming. The equipment were all tidy and cleaned. The staff, and Tomas GFM is always prioritize members by providing variety of classes. Come check it out.

Overall ok facility and friendly staff, but they need to better allocate their choice of equipment and layout. During peak evening times every weight machine will be occupied and most of the turf will be covered. Cardio machines will be under utilized and not allocated for optimal utilization by machine type. They probably just need to expand the workout area due to how much this gym is used. It’s a hangar type building, they could make a two story platform in some areas to pack in more equipment, but don’t want them to have to close for renovations, it’s very conveniently located. Locker rooms stay pretty grungy, but they refreshed the men’s sauna recently. You can make it work here, but wish they would make an investment to upgrade and expand the facility. There seems to be plenty of demand. EDIT - chronic plumbing issues, reports of burst pipes and steam explosions. Typically causes them to cancel towel service u til resolved. Usually 1-2 days. Now flooding on the track, so that’s closed. This place has critical infrastructure failing. Renovation or new build is needed here. This club apparently dates back to the 50s or earlier before it was branded OneLife.
